Italian Coach Dino Zoff
and former goalkeeper was a Napoli player in 1970-71, and I've

Not a footballer but a football fan.
I've added pictures of Tony Lehain the
Burnley obsessed fan referred to on the Burnley page. This is in respnse to a couple of emails from Tony Lehain junior.

The Stoke City page has
been re-vamped to include all the career details.
In the process of doing this I found I
had not linked up Jimmy (Stoke City) and Brian Greenhoff (Manchester United)on the Sons and Daughters : Brothers page before, and added their father, Frank. The information re Frank is using
half-information and educated guessing, so it awaits
confirmation - can anyone help ?

Good to get another link from Yorkshire Football Links - this has been added to the index and links pages, also.
Owing Thanks
Yes, the Bob 70-71 site
owes a big thank you to Stuart
Williamson for
pointing out that England star Michael
Owen
is in fact the son of Terry Owen who thirty years ago this month
moved from his first club Everton, to down the road from
me at Bradford City. Terry played just 2 League
matches in three years at his hometown side of Everton,
but played 52 in the 70-71, and 71-72 seasons at
Bradford. Terry went on to play 176 games at Chester, and
further games at Cambridge United, Rochdale, and Port
Vale, making 332 games in total. The realisation of this
comes on the verge of England's Euro 2000 campaign, just
when I thought the pages had no representation other than
on the manager's bench !
